The Second World War is the most defining element of our contemporary world. It established a new world order, lead by global dominance of America and, consequently, the recess of culture and civilization for a world now dominated by performance, economics and progressivism.
As part of this change of the world, besides Germany itself, many entities which one could had thought were immortal, actually disappeared, including France (maybe already fatally wounded from the First World War) and Japan. The latter was actually invaded for the first time of its immemorial history, and never recovered in this full and forced transition to the occidental world.
